    MD801 has been replaced by MD802.

    somebody know how to update MD801? I connected my scanner to a suzuki grand vitara 2012, mazda 2010 and toyota fj cruiser 2006 but the scanner can not read... I don´t know why? can anybody helpme??

    If possible, I will suggest you buy the new model MD802, with color screen, better diagnosis functionalities and better support.

    Reply to 7 floor: So are you saying the md802 is updatable just like the md801 that does not offer any updates just so people will buy it? My md801 is only 3 months old that I bought new and there are no updates available. Thats false advertising. Read page 69 of the user manual where it says updatable via internet.

    Must agree with other members that MD801 should be updated, had mine a while and never had an update!!! Would be nice, then when we have earnt enough we could CHOOSE to buy another model with better features...

    Reply to 7 floor: Why not give a "better support" for older models? You already have our money and didn't hold your promises (see manual: updateable via internet). And if we have to spent money again for a new scanner, I think not for an Autel product, if you don't care about old customers.
